Introduction

The DTG-MU  Smart Electrical Measurement Dry Block Calibrator improves the temperature field index and temperature control accuracy, and has fast temperature ramp-up speed, self-calibration and intelligence communication, convenient application and other characteristics. It can be used in electric power, petrochemical, measurement, metallurgy, pharmaceutical, biotechnology,food,machinery, transportation and other industries, suitable for laboratory and on-site calibration, testing and other application scenarios, effectively improve the inspection efficiency of metrology personnel and test engineers.

Product Features:

1. Smart Calibration: Setting parameters and built-in thermocouple, thermal resistance, and temperature transmitter calibration procedures can automatically complete the calibration work.

2. Smart wireless remote operation: connect to a mobile phone or computer via WiFi to remotely operate the dry block furnace.

3. Dual-channel electrical measurement: one standard RTD channel, one tested channel, including thermocouple, thermal resistance, and loop measurement.

4. Smart standard thermometer: The built-in chip of the aviation plug stores the standard ITS-90 parameters and information, which can be read automatically, plug and play.

5. Support HART intelligent temperature transmitter calibration.

6. Support the self-calibration function of the internal temperature control sensor, and support the external standard RTD temperature control method.

7. Multiple safety protections: related materials are preferably V0 fire rated, with automatic over-temperature protection.
